| A collection of Things to remember when playing SG to beat the enemy down harder (Updated 11-29-2007)
1 = The shortest time to rein after your units die is 30 seconds, keep this in mind when thinking about mining a portal or whatever.
2 = When you have more Clout then the enemy you can see what they are going to rein, when you kill them and know what portal they are reining from, check the F2 to see what they are reining, this way AA or GG can get them killed faster
3 = When attacking a corner and you kill out the enemy, wait for 11:59 to poc and you will get a lot more exp
4 = Equipment can almost always be made better by trying a different setup like the engine and armor, sometimes you can squeeze in alittle more health or armor then you thought
5 = When in a map and the enemy is outmanned and out pr'ed (with around 5ish people) try farming their units for a minute or two before poccing them out for extra exp+prest+honor
6 = Crudgins are to fat to go through the bridges in 35, they will get stuck
7 = When you are down to your last set, send 1 unit in at a time, once the timer hits about 2:00 even if your last unit just died, you still have enough time to make it to 0:00
8 = Leaving 1 unit so that the enemy has to take longer to retreat or take fire power away from the enemy side by them having to tk the guy, and if he has some really strong units, thats even longer for a tk. 9 = Switching Portals can only be done Once in battle, this included retreating out of the same portal, so remember this when you want to change portals before you retreat that last unit 10 = Getting on the poc while the enemy pocs will give you the poc added to your score

| ok you all know how iron does great things with his balls. well staggering your fire is always important, with all units. of course this is more important with some than with others, and is sometimes a pain in the ass. select between 1/3 2/3 of your squad, and hot key it.auo targetting will ussually target the closest emeny unit, what u do is (if u know ur overkillin) after landing the first volley on the same guy, use ur hot key to selec a bunch of unis and hand target a different unit. (preferable one thast close, so it will be auto targeted next.) rinse and repeat.
you can also use ur selected units n make them move while the rest shoot so that they shoot off time.
now what i like to do is if i have infantry mess with their cooldown times. ill give some of my squad extra range, and some others lower cooldown. (giving them all lower cooldown means jack if your wasting 1 volley per enemy unit, so dont be giving me jack about loosing firepower by not adding superloader.) | |

| i like to keep my units Organized, and split up the Damage by a combo of different targets+ firing times (move some then shoot thing)
sometimes while sitting with cores i stagnate them alittle so that units will run into some then the others later (when i didnt do different weapons)
BTW NEVER SPLIT ARBS RANGES! | |

| haha yeah dun mess with arbs ranges for sure, i mean infantry where the diff in range is liek 5 at most, not 15. the way i see it arbs have 1 use, designate an are that the enemy is simply not allow to be in. lol. | |

| lols i usually put all same stuffs for all my units cuz my units can attack at one go. but im gonna try something new for me. im gonna tink of units seperated into 2 squads,long ranged n short. long ranged would contain lesser dmg,while short would contain more | |

| dont sacrifice damage on delta. ifuur gunna do anything mess with their cooldowns asa lotta over kill happensat thepoc sumtimes.
added range is really only a good option if ue unit calls for it, eg spirits or if u NEED the view bonus like huters do, however fotthat puspouse i get liek 1 or 2 visors in my entire squad, everyone else is geared for maximum dmg | |

| hmm i tink maybe i shld try elpunko's method,but my units might seperate gonna make 2-3 units far-ranged n lower dmg while all the other units ranged probably thx for the idea elpunko,although i cant seem to read out ur words. | |

| super loader is common to ALL infantry. ur thinkin of OVERloader that the one for wights. | |

| yeah super loader as in -.5 secs to cooldown. well it doesnt apply to ALL. ghasts, revs, wights those for example dont get super loader. | |

| On the arb issue If you use both golded and non golded weapons it increases the DPS aswell as does Ap dmg to levs and other high armoured units and clears hunters just aswell.
as with the infantry staggering well use it against low hp enemys as overkilling is a waste of space. but with heavier units its best not to stagger on them as a full set of fire does more total damage and doesnt take so much hinderence from there high armour.
The demon doesnt stagger his ballista shots he uses different ranged weapons. 2x40 4x60 and 4x80 I have used this method and always use this method in theory it works the best and you can clip off oizy when they figure out where you are and they fly towards you. aswell as you can always inflict damage without having to move your units to match up the range distance. I will make a huge ass post with details of weapons and calculation and what not during the summer as im still bogged down with revishion and exams.
All infantry minus teh exceptions have the superloders which the best one lowers cool down by 0.5 seconds which combine with tl120 h weapon Banshees is 0.9cd at 350dmg x10 so its like 3500 dmag to a single unit or in case of hunting one dead arb so itd only take 8 seconds to clear a set of arbs with shees. Im stuck with imps with the 174dmg at 1.4cd so i would slap a superloader on them instead of the dmg booster if youve got any advice on imp setups id like to know about it. | |

| wait AP??? i dont think gold arbs are ap, i think they simply deal mroe dmg due to the happier damage to armor ratio(at nearly 400 dmg per shot the hiest armors only prvenet about 1/3 of the dmg while non gold arbs may waste p to half their dmg on armor. and i am not sure but i think damage is calculated individually whenever a unit hits you. so it shudnt make a difference on how mch damage a unit takes wether the damage is staggered or not. | |

| yes he staggers his weapons anyway best items for units to attack with is Damage(5-45) and Loaders(0.1-0.5) they get their point across by doing more damage a round and more damage in shorter times | |
